Training is incredibly important and we always motivate our people to take advantage of the opportunities we offer. Together with a training agency, we have put together a package especially for our migrant workers in which they can improve their skills and perform their work more safely and competently at our clients’ premises. Furthermore, a safe working environment is a must. Europlus continuously invests in information, materials and process improvement.
CSR
Through continuous innovation and sustainability, we have been successful in the industry for decades. Corporate social responsibility also means that we have a responsibility towards the community where our people live. Hence, we make every effort to foster togetherness among ourselves as well as with the community. For example, we organised the “Europlus World Cup Football Tournament” in 2018.
