Social involvement

At Europlus, we believe that being a good employer looks beyond the workplace. We invest in charities, sponsor local sports, and make sure our workers can also be with family during the holidays.

Corporate social responsibility

Look beyond work

At Europlus, involvement begins with our own employees. Fair reward, decent accommodation and guidance in one’s own language.

Corporate social responsibility It also means that we have a responsibility to the community in which our people live. That is why we are committed to promoting solidarity, both among ourselves and with the people around them.

That’s what we demonstrate by supporting charities, sponsoring local sports, and making sure our workers can be with family during public holidays.

Foundation ALS

ALS is a disease that fundamentally changes the lives of patients and their loved ones. That’s enough reason for us to support the ALS Foundation.

Involvement isn’t just a donation: director Jeroen Ram personally took part in the ALS Bike Ride in Limmen.

Local sport sponsorship

Our temporary workers come to work and live in an environment that’s often not their own. Sport is one of the fastest ways to feel at home in a new environment, it brings people together, across linguistic and cultural differences.

That’s why we sponsor sports associations and local companies in the regions where our workers live and work.

Home during the holidays

We think it is important that our staff can be with family during the holidays. Together with travel partner Inter-Tour we arrange transport so they get home on time.

We carefully coordinate the planning well in advance to ensure continuity for our clients. Both employers and workers benefit from this good preparation.

Need workers?

Clear communication and clear agreements. We link you to international employees who actually make the difference.
