Step 1: Getting to know each other
It starts with a conversation. What does your company do, what work is involved, how many people do you need and by when? We’ll listen before we propose anything.
No standard solutions, just an approach that suits your situation.
Step 2: Selection and preparation
Based on that conversation, we select workers who fit your work. If we don’t have the right person available at that moment, we can quickly draw on our recruitment partners to find the right match for you.
Step 3: The start at the workplace
Our workers start well prepared. They have the right personal protective equipment and workwear suited to the workplace. For questions or issues, Europlus can assist in several languages. We’ll take care of it.
Step 4: We remain involved
The collaboration doesn’t stop once work begins. Europlus stays involved with the workers on and around the workplace. If anything changes in the planning or situation, we’ll of course adapt with you.
