Reliability is not a marketing term for Europlus. Our certifications show that agreements, housing, administration and training are properly arranged.
ABU
Europlus is a member of the ABU, the trade association for temporary staffing agencies in the Netherlands. ABU membership sets requirements for working conditions, conduct and compliance with laws and standards. As a client, you can be confident that you’re working with an organisation that adheres to industry standards.
NEN 4400-1
The NEN 4400-1 certification shows that Europlus complies with Dutch laws and regulations on tax payments and social contributions. Compliance is checked periodically by an independent inspection body.
SNF
All Europlus housing locations are certified by the Stichting Normering Flexwonen (SNF). The SNF label sets requirements for the quality, safety and living conditions of international workers. Europlus arranges matters with the municipality in advance for each location, so everyone knows what to expect.
What we stand for
Safety
Safe working is Europlus’s top priority. Our employees receive personal protective equipment, workwear suited to the workplace, and we translate the applicable safety regulations for them.
Sustainability
Sustainability is a top priority for Europlus, both in the accommodation we provide and in transport to the workplace.
Social involvement
Europlus looks beyond work alone. We’re connected to several local initiatives, partner with Stichting Doorzaam on broader sustainable employment for our workers, and are closely affiliated with the ALS Foundation.
