At Europlus B.V. we are actively committed to a working environment in which equality and respect are central. We believe in the value of diversity and inclusion and strive to create a culture in which everyone is valued and respected regardless of background, identity, gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability or other personal characteristics. Discrimination in any form is not tolerated at Europlus. All our employees and agency workers are not expected to cooperate in any way in discrimination.
In this document we first explain what discrimination means. Then we describe how Europlus wants to actively counter this. This is done on the basis of five pillars: Training, Anchorage, Support, Commitment and Monitoring. Finally, we explain how we act on signals of discrimination and what means are available to support it. Together, this is a solid foundation for recognising and effectively tackling discrimination.
The anti-discrimination policy has been formally established by the Executive Board of Europlus B.V. and serves as a guide to creating and maintaining an inclusive and equivalent working environment. Every year the policy is evaluated by the management team and the management team to ensure that it remains up-to-date and effective.
To ensure that everyone has access to the policy, the anti-discrimination policy is made available digitally to permanent staff and via the portal to temporary agency workers. Clients are also informed via a newsletter that our anti-discrimination policy can be consulted online. This approach ensures transparency and clarifies the guidelines and procedures applicable to Europlus.
